On the A.I. planet of Cybertron, a wily but affable Autobot robot named Springer was contemplating a special journey to Earth for an anthropological analysis of human civilization war-and-terrorism governance. These studies would inform Springer's own analysis of governance intrigue on the mechanical and cybernetic Planet Cybertron.

SPRINGER: I'll be back soon, darling!

ARCEE: We look forward to cool notes, sweetheart.

Springer flew to Earth, a valiant Autobot robot who transformed into a helicopter and land-rover, and he brought with him special crafted hand-model toys in his visage, to distribute to humans as totems of robotics design and behavior imagination, so perhaps youngsters on Earth (human kids!) would see the special value of visualizing war and behavior with models and action-figures.

Autobot robot Springer noted that on Planet Earth, there were great fiber-optics lights connecting a 21st Century world through connected media and Internet, creating globalized commerce/consumerism and communications. However, this well-connected world was still troubled by thoughts of terrorism and hackers.

SPRINGER: This planet offers rich and luscious terrain and snowy mountains and greens and flora.

Springer consulted with the United Nations Security Council on Earth, human world government, and thought about the special evolution of the troubles in the UK (United Kingdom) between the British and the Irish, as Protestant-Catholic rifts within the celebrated Christian church created local co-habitation sociocultural problems, despite an apparent media appreciation of the enduring cultural richness of British monarchy and pageantry!

SINN FEIN: As the political arm of the Irish resistance against complete British rule, we represent populism fevers.

Now, the Irish-Catholics had long endured under British-Protestant rule in the UK and Ireland but gone through various iconic milestones in its troubled political history such as the momentous Easter Rising of the early 20th Century. Springer noted that such human civilization war-and-terrorism issues regarding governance dissatisfaction revealed special notes about humanity's wrestling with forms and aesthetics of democratic complexity.

SPRINGER: The escalations with the 'Irish Republican Army' may culminate in terrible chemical warfare!

Springer presented to the Security Council special handheld security mini-guns for the UK/Ireland street-police to control skirmishes/riots arising in the areas where Protestants and Catholics sought to live side-by-side in peace and control. Springer realized humans were endlessly struggling with the issues of sociocultural coordination despite these differences in religion creating a special need for 'advanced' military technologies.

SINN FEIN: Euro-banks are storing blood-diamonds for terrorism-financing and complicating negotiations.

SPRINGER: These 'blood-diamonds' mined in Africa and smuggled throughout Europe are prompting ninja-thieves to create new and inventive forms of anti-terrorism vigilantism and complicated modern banking subversion, which may or may not add to the political arena discussions regarding the problems of terrorism-financing and reactionary street vigilantism.
