A ruthless North American blood-diamond smuggler named Goldfinger's employing a nefarious underground bank-robbing unit called the Red Hood Gang to steal diamonds across US cities and swap safe-boxes with diamonds with blood-diamonds to sully the continental diamond-exchange. This has culminated in Goldfinger's storage of his own diamonds in a San Francisco bank.

GOLDFINGER: I've been using diamond-movements to finance rogue terrorists in Africa/Europe!

Now, the nefarious Red Hood Gang uses water-guns filled with acid for their daring heists and swaps of blood-diamonds for diamonds in safe-boxes across US banks.

RED HOOD GANG: Our 'acid-guns' are symbols of grand diamond conspiracy and the fun of modern crimes/terrorism.

However, a 'copycat-thief' in San Francisco named Amlan Satan (aka, 'Burglar') has a new plan. He's going to steal Goldfinger's storage of continental diamonds in San Francisco using the same water-gun/acid-gun signature.

SATAN/BURGLAR: I'm working alongside Red Hood Gang, defecting against Goldfinger, and I want his bank-diamonds.

'Burglar' (Amlan Satan) requests access to Goldfinger's San Francisco bank safe-box using his acid-rifle and burns a hole through the metal panel of the safe-box and switches Goldfinger's diamonds with fakes. He walks out with $20 million worth of the baron's diamonds that day.

BANK MANAGER: We believe this 'Burglar' is somehow connected to Goldfinger's rebelling Red Hood team!

Satan/Burglar used the SF-metro to ride out of the city after the Goldfinger-heist, with his diamonds hidden in the soles of his shoes! He took the metro to an Interpol-relations hub where he exchanged the gems for assets for his private Swiss account. He then sent a notice to the Chronicle (newspaper), "Goldfinger may have blood-diamond tracks, but this heist proves the Red Hood Gang isn't at all predictable...and the SF-metro is a grand way to see this city of danger."

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption threatens the modern continental diamond market and requires real detection.
