==== Scarecrow is a vigilante. He keeps a red-fairy figurine/Golem in his room. He studied Fanon, Guevara, and Abbey. He blogs about modern social causes and ninja-infiltration of those who threaten civilization sanity. His red-fairy Golem is his inspiration for social justice. ![]() SCARECROW: I'm going to India now to study/evaluate the social ill of dowry-deaths or bride-burnings! ![]() So, Scarecrow took an Air India flight from JFK to Delhi and met with a local shaman who'd teach him about the modern sociocultural challenge/dilemma of dowry-deaths/bride-burnings (the modern malady of Indian brides being burned to death by their in-law families following marriage/inception because of insufficient bride-marriage money-gift afforded by the bride's family!). The Air India flight to Delhi made Scarecrow think of the various riches of Indian society...and its challenges. ![]() SCARECROW: This is a problem of the 7 Deadly Sins, and dowry-deaths refer to both Pride and Greed. ![]() Scarecrow kept with him a red water-revolver filled with red-dye, which he'd use to make artworks on the sidewalks of India outside local religious temples, as social protest signposts against this modern hellfire of dowry-deaths. Why're brides being burned to death as 'anti-Sita' divinity symbols in Hindu culture/society by their in-laws simply because their marriage-time bride-money gift afforded by the brides' families (the 'dowry') is monetarily insufficient? This is red anger. ![]() INDIA TIMES: India is a land of many people and its religious branches cover the plethora of spiritual subjects! ![]() SCARECROW: I shall attend a wedding ceremony in India and look at the foods and hospitality showcased. ![]() Now, it's known that Indian palaces and monarchies have been proudly hoisted as 'diadems' of spiritual/magical opulence and immortality. It's the fortune of these treasures that serve as the 'archway' to the modern 7-sins problem of dowry-deaths in India, brides being punished for their lack of marriage-time wealth. ![]() SCARECROW: Modern American comic-books feature complex/rich stories about women negotiating love with terrorism. ![]() Yet, Scarecrow was aghast at all these stats-reports of bride-burnings, a savage/primitive act, seen shockingly even in modern civilization/times. Scarecrow took photos of a local street-protest featuring countless women costumed/clothed as 'martyr-brides' being sent to a dowry-death destiny because of poverty! ![]() Scarecrow knew the Dowry System was somehow subconsciously 'wed' to the Hindu Caste System which motivated many biased individuals to link social class with distinction. Dowry dissatisfaction catalyzing the deaths of brides meant a serious scar on the face of everyday social life/culture in India today. Scarecrow began making online political cartoons depicting this neglected customs-malady in Asia as a true sign of 'mismanaged' democracy! ![]() INDIA TIMES: Any fool can find relevant statistical evaluations of counted impact of these dowry-customs in Asia/India. ![]() SCARECROW: Can a woman be levied against the perceptible measures of afforded money/diaries? ![]() Scarecrow became known as a local 'Thomas Nast' of sorts as he continued to blog like a political-vigilante about the social spotlights required to be shown on the Indian problem of dowry-deaths. This was a neglect issue concerning the problem of stratified wealth in India which seeped into the metaphysical psyche of living families in Asia/India. ![]() "Let he who has no sin cast the first stone" (Christian Proverb) ![]() SCARECROW: To destroy this 7-sins problem in India, we need only magnify the socialization of ideological daylight. ![]() Scarecrow the online vigilante-blogger decided to ally himself with a clever Indian policewoman named Esha Asha who'd been studying dowry-deaths in both Northern and Southern India for the last 3 years. She liked Scarecrow's analysis of dowry-burnings and their link to the 7-sins rhetoric in Christian proverbs. Asha/Scarecrow soon became an unlikely odd-couple vowing to approach this Indian ill with the lens of vigilance...and dance. ![]() "Long is the way that out of hell leads up to light" (John Milton) ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2021 Abishai100 |
