Zephyr: Co-Ed {1920s}

A unique co-ed (fraternity/sorority hybrid!) house on a prestigious American college campus was the subject of a modern-day metaphysics tale involving nostalgia, American magic, and strange figures. The house, called Zephyr, was composed in the early 21st Century of special idealists who wanted to throw the ultimate costume-party for American optimists.

The VP of Zephyr is Amlan Satan, who's actually a bank-robber who's robbed banks all over the USA while attending college. He does so in costumes, and no one in Zephyr knows this, and he intends to keep this dark secret a secret. Meanwhile, Satan (Amlan) has been coordinating plans for this 'ultimate' Zephyr co-ed house costume party this academic year. Satan's now an Alumnus of the college/Zephyr and is now simply reflecting on the haunting 'memory' of this Zephyr event!

Sometimes, Satan dons some masks/costumes at home to remember his days as a bank-robber and Zephyr co-ed house member who helped plan that incredible/haunting costume-party on campus that year.

ZEPHYR: Our mission is to create open home-social spaces for romance, friendship, imagination, and gatherings/parties!

Zephyr was already known to throw the best tea-parties on campus, and VP Amlan Satan first coordinated a pre-holiday season Halloween costume party in the second week of October, just to see if a second costume party for Halloween spirit was the right theme for that ultimate costume-party event at Zephyr.

SATAN: Halloween is awesome, since it brings our natural fascination with idealizing fantastic personality/characters.

Satan's now working on a Stephen King inspired work about the natural splendor and complexity that arises from deeply memorable civilization experiences or even traumas such as Pearl Harbor, 9/11, and the Great Depression. His work will actually examine the magnified 'invisible' world of unforgettable social micro-experiences that 'seem' like history-altering 'events' for human beings (e.g., Napster lawsuit).

Maybe Satan got the inspiration for this American psyche-history work from his experience at Zephyr! That year, as Satan recounts, the Zephyr co-ed house members opted for a 1920s ('Roaring Twenties') costume-party instead of a Halloween standard party, to be thrown nevertheless on Saturday October 30. The Zephyr '20s party would simply be called ROAR and feature decorations and fashions from that fabulous time period in American history.

SATAN: The photography and magic/sentimentalism from the '20s reminds one of the great standards of American IQ.

The Twenties didn't just produce those 'fabulous' costumes/parties and speak-easies we celebrate today in song. No sir, they also caved-in to yield the over-confidence tragedy of the Great Depression following the great Stock Market Crash.

SATAN: Nevertheless, those 'Roaring Twenties' saw unparalleled revelry in the dominion of socialized daydreams.

Would Americans ever-again see anything close to those fabulous Roaring Twenties? Most historians and cultural anthropologists suggest rather confirmedly, "No, sir." It was simply a time of blithe flair and fortunes shared.

SATAN: The parties were like American hallmarks of decorations, which is what we want Zephyr to re-cast now!

Satan and a female co-member of Zephyr helped to design a series of amazing '20s styled young women's party-dresses/costumes and hats for the unforgettable Halloween-season costume party at the co-ed house at that prestigious American college. No one could forget that!

SATAN: I'm now a psyche-writer/artist, and I'm focused on the human metaphysics of imagination, and inspiration is deep.

Satan remembers his days during those college years as a cross-country driving bank-robber, taking time off every break period prior to and following holiday seasons and spring-breaks to conduct his fantastic heists of diamonds from all over the USA, uncertain then however of where this pirate-life would direct him or how it'd foster his undeveloped but educated intellectual interest in creative writing.

SATAN: When the 2015 Kansas City Royals won the World Series, I remembered our Zephyr '20s party and the 1920s itself!

Satan and his current wife sometimes host casual pseudo-Ouija parties at their Rhode Island estate in which they recreate the magic/superstitions offered by the Roaring Twenties and the Zephyr '20s costume-themed party that Halloween season.

SATAN: To invoke the vitality of the past, we need only conceptualize what comprises certain dance/design!

A 'zephyr' can refer to a breeze or a cotton shirt, and Satan recently designed a 1920s-inspired zephyr-shirt for his wife Esmerelda, to remember that magic-spirit before the Great Depression and how the Zephyr co-ed house managed to capture a moment in time!

SATAN: Will Zephyr be visited by the specters/ghosts from the 1920s(?) --- I think so (now)!
