Storm-Shadow (Amlan Satan) and Stargirl (Elka Sommer) are two paramilitary agents working undercover for the covert world-group GI Joe and are currently in North America investigating a blood-diamond baron's work with continental terrorism.

Satan (Storm-Shadow) is Algerian-American and Ivy League educated and studies terrorism-financing and underground infiltration. Sommer (Stargirl) is Belgian-American and studied at Julliard and studies linguistics of cyber-hacker communications in the terrorism underground! These two bright GI Joe paramilitary agents want to evaluate/dissect if the blood-diamond baron in North America is capable of constructing antisocial turbulence comparable to 9/11.

STORM-SHADOW: We need a 'dictionary' for modern terrorism-diction.

STARGIRL: Well, North America's a good place to train our ninja-skills.

Meanwhile, the baron has ordered his ghouls to create a street-riot during a major sports event in British Columbia (North America), prompting Storm-Shadow/Stargirl to serve as supervisory police-turn. The two offbeat heroes witness some very unusual modern-era street 'pageantry' during the baron-incited street riot in Vancouver.

The term 'leviathan' refers to a sea-beast of chaos, and Storm-Shadow/Stargirl are marketing patriotism-comics for the illumination of key anti-terrorism concepts that may assist modern figures to avoid the deadly pitfall of antisocial paranoia following the trauma of 9/11. This is why the dictionary of North American 'leviathan' may lie in the youthful marketing of engagement-themed democratic comic books, geared towards encouraging the youth to become simply more...diligent.
