DISCLAIMER: I have no personal ties to the Catholic-Protestant 'troubles' in the labored United Kingdom and consider this simply a patriotic/democratic vignette in honor of this 20th-anniversary commemoration year of 9/11, when all of Western civilization is simply dreaming of united dollars.

A new world group formed alongside the other guerrilla-intelligence group known as the Foreign Irish Republican Army (F-IRA) in New York (USA). This group, the Obsidian, was tied to Friends of Sinn Fein in NY and wanted to use Ivy League alumni-networks to offer Catholic-advocacy political platforms to new F-IRA and Parliament initiatives in the grand United Kingdom designed to improve affirmative-action employment policies for the under-class Irish-Catholic minority population living alongside the aristocratic British-Protestant majority population in sectarian/divided and troubled Northern Ireland (United Kingdom). The Obsidian included media-figures, celebrities, politicians, writers, guerrilla-intelligence agents with Interpol-relations, and Ivy League professors, mostly connected to Dartmouth and Princeton in the USA.

The head of Obsidian happened to be a co-commander of F-IRA, an Algerian-American poly-sci professor at Dartmouth named Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) who's working as an interception-intelligence agent in UK highways linked to blood-diamond smuggling into Northern Ireland that's complicating Belfast sectarian problems by adding underworld crime-financing networks alluring to both unemployed Irish-Catholic men and British-Protestant barons. Storm-Shadow (Amlan Satan) had written a book at Dartmouth called Becoming Guerrilla in a Kingdom, which won him the Pulitzer Prize.
