Chicago was host to a new band of Irish-mafia called the Berretta which was smuggling blood-diamonds from Africa and channeling into a Northern Ireland crime-syndicate (United Kingdom) through a betrayal to the Russian tycoon Abramovich. Chicago, the Windy City, was otherwise about to host the Cubs World Series.

The Irish mafia had a long history in the United States which was mostly overshadowed by the folklore surrounding the Italian mafia, which the Irish mafia somehow preferred, casting a shadow over the Irish-Catholic problems from abroad (Northern Ireland) from which immigrants fled to come to America. The Irish mafia in the USA was considered a force of the underworld in modern times.

Amlan Satan is a blood-diamond infiltration-agent with Interpol-relations as well as an Algerian-American intelligence-operative underground working in sectarian-troubled Northern Ireland as the captain of the new international group known informally as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA) which was attempting to dismantle both street-piracy related to blood diamonds around the world and rogue aggression forces complicating negotiations between the IRA and Sinn Fein and Parliament regarding overground economic reforms such as affirmative-action employment policies with British Parliament for the benefit of the under-class unemployed Irish-Catholic minority of troubled Belfast. Amlan Satan was given the field-alias 'Peter-Pan' by the CIA and worked to bring ends to inter-religious upheavals between the IRA-UVF. He currently lives in the Windy City (Chicago, USA)!

Now, F-IRA had become quite a phenomenon in international world-operations since the formation of early loose bands of Irish-Catholic resistance in Northern Ireland such as the Belfast Brigade and the Irish Republican Brotherhood. These guys had no real economics-ties to the Irish-mafia in the USA, but Peter-Pan (Amlan Satan!) had reason to believe a 'Chicago war' was brewing involving diamond-piracy, baron corruption tied to Brussels, and Irish-mafia seizure of Catholic enclaves in the Windy City, forcing Peter-Pan to create an intercontinental bridge to destroy blood-diamond tides which threatened 'democratic' folklore.

The Irish-mafia was channeling blood-diamonds through the Chicago metro system and moving through airport inside-men and taking Aer-Lingus routes to the UK, all with insider-trading. They're indeed concocting this modern sorcery-brew or 'Chicago war' which'd threaten the stability of capital traffic from the UK to the USA, and perhaps draw in anti-American terrorism in this 20th-anniversary commemoration year of 9/11.

PETER-PAN: We'll organize guerrillas to secure media-lights and ritual traffic into major Catholic churches in Belfast/Chicago.

Meanwhile, the Irish-mafia had sent goon-squads to hunt down Peter-Pan, thinking he's 'unholy' for the 'vitality' of diamond health of the Irish-American underworld in the United States. However, Peter-Pan had been monitoring their organization through inside-men working for Interpol/CIA.

Peter-Pan had reason to suspect anti-American terrorists would exploit all this diamond underground stuff in Chicago/USA in this 9/11-commemoration year and had a special convoy of agents stationed to monitor the security at the Chicago Museum, where a special Friends of Sinn Fein education team was arriving for an intercontinental school-media event about Irish-Catholic exposure to modern institutionalized archaeology!
