A guerrilla-adventure ice-hockey team called 'Rascals' attempts a commercial feat to promote 21st Century dimes.

A political-thriller and modern civilization adventure referencing UK politics/economics and inspired by the uncanny Western/American film Heat (Michael Mann).

The Rascals are citizens of New York (USA) in this 20th-anniversary commemoration year of 9/11. The Rascals are also members of the Islanders ice-hockey team as well as underground captains of the new world group known as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (FIRA), which is attempting to destabilize global 'blood-diamond' (warlord-mined gems from Africa/Europe used to finance crime-syndicates in Northern Ireland) traffic threatening overground commerce-conditions reforms dialogue between Sinn Fein and UK Parliament. The Rascals are planning a diamond-heist of the Baron Goldfinger's blood-diamonds from the Balducci's Bank in NYC.

RASCALS: We play the regular season, our normal ice-hockey games for the Islanders, thwarting the Rangers with focus.

The Rascals are composed of three members really, Amlan, Marcus, and Raki. Amlan is an Ivy League graduate, Marcus a French ex-musician, and Raki a lifelong ice-hockey junkie. They're also excellent thieves.

RASCALS: We take Baron Goldfinger's blood-diamonds from Balducci's bank in New York and use Interpol-relations transfers.

The girlfriends of the Rascals (Shelbye, Esha, Karen) aren't aware of their beaus' activities and only know they cheer on their play for the Islanders in New York (ice-hockey).

RASCALS: Our work for the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' promotes piracy-seizures of blood-diamond smuggling.

The Rascals also use their Islanders fame online and in underground 'clubs' to promote the capitalism-value of Dublin-Belfast commerce bridges of special import/export products, specifically Brut cologne bottles, which promotes an Irish-Catholic community solidarity and deals with the Irish-Catholic minority population angst in Northern Ireland (Belfast) created by socioeconomic disparities and unemployment.

RASCALS: This blood-diamond heist will have every Islanders and Celtics fans cheering for better globalism media.

The Rascals subscribe to the Belfast Telegraph and have studied Irish politics after reading Eamon de Valera's seminal short-treatise India and Ireland, a work about the paradigm parallels between anticolonial struggles regarding British Protestant rule in the 20th Century. They keep track of Northern Ireland current-affairs to stay abreast of the socioeconomics developments affecting the under-represented Irish-Catholic minority in British-Protestant ruled Belfast which contributes to forms of sectarian frustrations, crimes, and of course anarchy.

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption threatens the modern world diamond-exchange and capitalism globalism!

BARON GOLDFINGER: No one shall get near my fancy Sierra Leone gems and draw attention to a politics-hungry media.

RASCALS: We'll stakeout the Balducci's bank in New York for a good 2 months ahead of the blood-diamond heist.

The inside of the bank is quite nice but is primarily characterized by unusual securities and traffic fancy.

The Rascals claim they're entering the bank as costumed theater-performers staging a photo-shoot of the safe-box area of the Balducci's bank vault-room, to create a special newspaper show about Baron Goldfinger's involvement with the reputed New York institution. They're escorted inside the safe-box area with a guardsman named Leo.

Once inside the safe-box area, Amlan reveals to Leo that his water-gun toy theater-prop, part of the 'Goldfinger' media-news show, is actually filled with corrosive acid and that the Rascals were sent by Interpol-relations for a special smugglers-interception operation linked to piracy-conspiracies in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) and that Leo needs to keep this media-show a secret. Leo is instructed to do jumping-jacks in front of the security-camera while Marcus and Raki take photos of the safe-box as Amlan uses the acid-gun behind his back to burn through Goldfinger's safe-box and switches his blood-diamonds with toy diamonds.

RASCALS: We walked out the New York bank that day with $20M worth of Goldfinger's blood-diamonds headed to Belfast!

The Post reports that the Rascals were obviously part of some new era blood-diamond media-crackdown on modern capitalism-baron investments in Sierra Leone 'conflict-zone gems' being used for crime-traffic in the underground and certainly destabilizing Northern Ireland Parliament talks regarding various socioeconomics issues like affirmative-action employment policies designed to reduce poverty/disparities between Irish-Catholics and British-Protestants and therefore reduce inter-religious uneasiness and coexistence. The Rascals hop onto the NY metro and get to an Interpol-relations station to make their blood-diamond asset transfer for a Swiss account exchange for FIRA education.

Amlan is interviewed by a giddy Irish-Catholic American news-reporter about his recent successes with the Islanders ice-hockey team and his reputed 'underground' political-activism involvement with FIRA regarding addressing of Irish-Catholic minority population poverty/conditions in Northern Ireland. Amlan finds this news-woman to be both chipper...and conducive to some terrific media-daylight.

Amlan takes this news-reporter to a NY Irish restaurant where they share some great Killian's beer and Irish meat-pie, as he tells her about his own family-heritage ties to the Indian movements against British rule in the 20th Century. He tells her his girlfriend happens to be Irish-Catholic too and wonders how she herself became so interested in FIRA.
