Newfoundland is an unusual place in North America, where the Foreign Irish Republican Army (F-IRA) operates as a satellite of the Friends of Humanity (FOH) to intercept piracy blood-diamond traffic coming in from Sierra Leone and heading out to economically-complicated Northern Ireland (United Kingdom).
