The Windy City (Chicago) is the home of great intrigue in modern times and not just during the Prohibition Era, because of the current underworld blood-diamond traffic/piracy.

A real-life 'James Bond' is a blood-diamond dominion infiltrator, entering the 'dragon' of Chicago's underworld life of pirates and diamond evildoers linked to troubled areas like Northern Ireland and Sierra Leone. This James Bond 'warrior' is Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow), a Dartmouth graduate!

AMLAN: My dream is my Catholic wife Shelley, a graduate of U-Chicago and a Bears cheerleader...and the muse of my cause.

You have to be a nut or a missionary to try what Storm-Shadow tries in this underworld of the Windy City (USA). However, there's potential in antipiracy intercontinental bridging, even in these modern times where it seems spirituality is a thing of artsy-reversion rather than modernism dreaming.

Amlan is co-captain of an underworld pirate-gem intercepting group with Interpol-relations titled F-IRA ('Foreign Irish Republican Army') and coordinates street-youth activities like Eastern Carron and Western Youth Ouija board-game gatherings in youth-clubs and YMCA and Boys-and-Girls-Club venues to promote inter-religious peace in modern Chicago.

He's recruited a group of street-enforcer vigilantes in Chicago called Furies, who're led by Stan who's ironically enough Shelley's own brother and wants to end blood-diamond traffic which will make Chicago 10X worse than it was in the Prohibition Era (1920s).

Fortunately, having access to Interpol-relations deduction labors in modern Windy City folk-tales is a bon for Amlan, the 'warrior' of Chicago, who uses scheming and sense to make a life more secured for himself and his darling/beloved Shelley, whom he considers the 'song-bird' of his special crusade to promote humanity ahead of political diadems.
