Boston (USA) was where the vigilante-heroes Batman/Robin were planning a daring subversion of the Baron Joker, who'd converted the iconic US-city into a landscape of invisible darkness.

BATMAN: We'll heist the blood-diamonds from Joker's Boston safe-box and swap the pirate-gems with robot-toys!

ROBIN: Folks in Boston will think we're 'advocates' of modern American...diaries!

Now, the toy that Batman/Robin swapped with Joker's conflict-zone blood-diamonds from the iconic/symbolic Boston bank was the espionage-geared Transformers mini-robot cassette Laserbeak/Lazerbeak, who simply symbolized modern espionage-imagination/storytelling (e.g., CIA anti-terrorism net-hacking).

JOKER: If these two American super-heroes think that this 'Lazerbeak' toy would usurp my pirate-scheme, they'll drown!

BATMAN: I find this vacation-waitress at Boston market (restaurant) quite...delicious, Robin, my friend.
ROBIN: Her name's Shelbye and she's a 'real' American dream, Batman, my buddy!

Of course, the wily/evil Joker had already sent his dark legion of criminals (bank-robbers) to perform a media-deceptive bank-heist of blood-diamonds from a symbolic Boston bank, but would Batman/Robin intercede in due time?

JOKER: I consider myself a 'man' of historical writing and present myself on the Net as a classic devil!

Perhaps this 'Joker' villain's exploiting blood-diamond mining from modern-era 'trouble-areas' (e.g., Sierra Leone, Africa) to chart a continental (North American) 'map' of asset-gem substitution piracy, which makes Boston a hub for piracy detective-work.

JOKER: You two are merely 'idealists' of civilization-database!
BATMAN/ROBIN: We stand for the 'general integrity' of diamond sales in Boston.

JOKER: Is New England (Boston) really immune from unnatural intrigue, idealists?

BATMAN/ROBIN: We posit there's real nature/organics in North American diamonds.

JOKER: This is a time of great capitalism-deception, idealists.
BATMAN/ROBIN: That's why we're advocating 'naturalism' diaries, Joker!

JOKER: You have little chance of winning this 'urban game' of imagination.
BATMAN/ROBIN: We have one thing on our side --- Lazerbeak.

Hence, the heroic Batman/Robin engaged a unique Boston vigilance-cyber campaign to mount the Transformers espionage-themed robot-toy (cassette) Lazerbeak as a symbol of North American continental demo-democracy and espionage-themed insight to decry blood-diamond piracy (New England) as a 'dangerous' form of civilization dance. Would Joker however surrender in this war of wingers?
