Will supernatural fascination create new forms of social dreamlights (on Earth)?

A small-tale about optimism in the modern era, inspired by K-PAX

====

Imagine a snowy winter in which the intentions of fellow college students are hidden underneath the blinding veil of modernism, since traffic erects forms of sophistication that make it awkward to talk honestly about human frailty, perhaps a sign of intellectualism-overindulgence.

On this college land, students talk about the erosion of capitalism beauty as seen in the pitfalls of diamond-market hijacking and piracy-gem merchandising from 'conflict-zones' creating new kinds of modern warlords. Capitalism is officially ugly.

However, a handful of superstitious students at this same hellmouth college are working on animation artworks depicting a future 'crusade' led by imaginative space-soldiers from Earth called Centurions who seek to use galaxy assets to create cycles of capitalism reinvention, invoking optimism to combat pure narcissism.

Is such folklore realistic? Can we use capitalism tales to talk about the resurrection of the spirit(s)? Perhaps such ideals were shattered by 9/11, but perhaps visions of the future yield strange stories about advanced heroics too (even in robots!).

A detective on this college land who's also a natural mystic is investigating the possibility of the existence of 'faeries' (winged humanoid creatures in the forest who offer messages of premonition/omens!). This mystic is Satan and he thinks that these mystic beings (faeries!) might be real, prompting him to be 'shrewd' about detective-work and Earth hunt(s)!

A faerie might be soaring of soft, golden or silver, loud or simply meek. A faerie offers offbeat messages about the charms of life on Earth. He/she may be in visage/appearance signaling a 'special' destiny!

AMLAN (Faerie-Detective): If Sherlock Holmes has evolved into Twilight Zone, then can superstitions inspire democracy?

Maybe 'faeries' (if they exist!) can't cure capitalism erosion, but perhaps they offer us small 'doses' of simple human diligence (for capitalism data!).
