Pine-Barrens: Creeper Practice

Pine-Barrens: Creeper Practice

An encounter with specter-darkness yields a special 'magic' of paranoia-and-medicine for Pine-Barrens superstition...and world-return touchdowns (for bureaucracy).

"
A Pine-Barrens 'misadventure' featuring the 'nasty' horror-avatar Creeper (Jeepers-Creepers). Happy Holidays,
----
====

Amlan began to write-down his special misadventure with a nasty messenger from the dark-side of the universe named Creeper who wielded a Medieval battle-axe and was spotted by Amlan and his two camper-friends in the dense and cryptic forests of the Pine-Barrens (Homeland-Jersey. The Creeper wore a hat and trench-coat and seemed to wield the axe for decapitation-messaging, for any 'stark' idealist who simply believed murder was a thing for the books, not for Realism (wow). Amlan and his two friends, Ezzy and Marcus, thought their camping-trip wouldn't yield anything special, but it did, and he began to think about it for a 'cool' adaptation-spin for social-media/Selfie culture for lifestyle comforts (and perhaps 'American' arrogance).

AMLAN: Check out this stone-relic in the Pine-Barrens, friends, for photo-graphics!
EZZY: Seems weird, like a stranger character rendition of Stonehenge, friends.
MARCUS: We take photos for our camper-storywriting for Amlan's quill(s), ok.
AMLAN: Did you get this 'eerie' sense we'd been tracked by some stalker (hmm)?
EZZY: I got that...maybe this stone-relic area is some haunted region of the forest.
MARCUS: Look, let's not go trolling around in our brain(s) for the Blair-Witch.
AMLAN: I'm not kidding, I got this weirdo-feeling, like from the dark side.
EZZY: Ha, that's a 'cool' Facebook-poke (photo-synthesis).

How'd Amlan/Ezzy/Marcus anticipate this first-contact examination with the nasty Devil's Advocate of bloody-anarchy (Creeper)? Was the Creeper Lucifer (the Devil) disguised for a mod-Earth forest-message of incomplete-distances to transit-securities for general Blue-Planet paranoia? That's what Amlan concluded after this bizarre examination, and he hoped Ezzy would let him adapt the tale to include her as his muse-avatar heroine of Homeland-Jersey art(s). However, Amlan also wondered if the Creeper was some kind of 'taboo-oracle' for gossip like Spring-Heeled Jack (London) who simply shouldn't be 'chess' tied to modern cyber-sportsmanship arts/stories, even for the leviathan-rich Pine-Barrens (hmm).

MARCUS: What the hell is that specter (you see it)?
AMLAN: I'm calling it Creeper, friends.
EZZY: Take your flare(s)...and shoot it in the bat-wings, Amlan.
MARCUS: I doubt we're surviving this for a Facebook-poke, Ezzy.
AMLAN: Well...maybe it's the Devil haunting the forest and wants to debate with us.
EZZY: Yeah, maybe; but shoot first to ground the flying creature and then advance.
MARCUS: That's a better vision for a Facebook-poke, Ezzy.
AMLAN: Alright (for Facebook-pokes).

STORY_EXCERPT: "I shot the Creeper in the wings as it soared above us (sunset) inside the Pine-Barrens, near that stone-relic area Ezzy swore was haunted (by something special/unusual), and it fell to the ground but got up, picked up its fallen-hat and placed it back on its head and yanked out its battle-axe, before I shot it again, with my flare (again!) right in the heart, after which it fell to the ground (again) and then simply (instantly!) turned to ashes...and I returned to the world wiser and made myself feel medicinally-treated with a candy-house art activity to simply forget my 'first-contact' with this (obviously) dark-side sterile captain (from Hell!)."

Amlan would never forget this stranger character encounter with this nasty Creeper who turned (instantly) to ash after shot, with flare-guns, once in the wings while in-flight pre-grounding, and once (more) in the heart, by Amlan (again)...and it (purely) turned to complete ash. Was he the Devil offering a 'dare' for shooting and fear-control(s) to 'spook' campers into bloody-fighting inside the Pine-Barrens, an area of great Homeland-Jersey lore and cryptic-aura? Ezzy/Marcus wanted to forget the entire ordeal and anticipated (eagerly) for Amlan to spin the dark misadventure into an art-relief comic-tale for social-media culture drawing citizenry-commentary for (simplified) 'everyday' sporting photo-graphics superstition (wow).

EZZY: You sure this specter was a manifestation of Spring-Heeled Jack?
MARCUS: That's right; I'm certain all this Roswell/London microfiche study is IQ.
EZZY: Amlan thinks the Creeper was the Devil disguised for Pine-Barrens hype!
MARCUS: No, I think it was Spring-Heeled Jack...a recurring 'visit' with forgetfulness.
EZZY: Well...maybe this Creeper-Jack (London?) was a microfiche 'expert' for us?
MARCUS: I like that idea...I'll pass it onto Amlan...for a story's bureaucracy.
EZZY: Cool (for Facebook-pokes).

STORY_EXCERPT: "It was the magic of the flare in the Pine-Barrens that grounded us (too) for a greater organics-fleshy design of what made this Creeper/Jack something of a sporting messenger of Hell or raw-fear, and it was the magic of the flare in the Pine-Barrens that drew me to a superstition 'chess' tying London to Homeland-Jersey field goals (perhaps for a bureaucracy-reading)."

When the Pine-Barrens trio returned to a cheerful Bucs-Giants game in the Meadowlands the next autumn of forgotten Creeper paranoia, they considered the connections between London and Jersey and the connections between sportsmanship and superstitions and life on Earth normal and life on Earth deformed with unanticipated fear generated by a raw-fear messenger of (simplified) evil. Amlan decided Creeper was totally unique/special, and nothing like Spring-Heeled Jack, and he wondered if his return to normality would offer him a writers-quill 'method' for wrought (incomplete-distant) regret-cures (for all).

EZZY: Luchi-bread?
AMLAN: For a writers-relief diner-table, Ezzy.
EZZY: You got taste.
AMLAN: I got flair (right?).
EZZY: Writing about Spring-Heeled Jack, Amlan?
AMLAN: Yeah...football (sequel).
EZZY: Ha (Facebook-poke).
AMLAN: For bread (bureaucracy).

Amlan wouldn't forget this Pine-Barrens photo. He wouldn't forget why or how he and Ezzy and Marcus survived their first-contact 'ordeal' with the eerie Creeper. He wouldn't forget Spring-Heeled Jack (London) or why or how that post-examination football-game cheer/relief returned him to the Earth-world of sportsmanship incomplete-distances to social-media culture sanity (for bureaucracy)! In deed (and word), this Pine-Barrens trio of misadventure-proportion(s) would make for a special 'craft' concerning a very (real) field goal (for a superstition/havens).
