For all those who see no end to darkness,
For all those feeling hurt and pain,
For all those feeling down and lonely,
For all those who's words are driving you insane.

Remember no one has the right to hurt you,
Don't let them stand above,
No one can tell you, you're worthless, foolish or unloved.

Know that whoever you are, there will always be someone who cares,
To put an end to these disruptive thoughts and tame your nightmares.

No matter what, there is hope for all,
Never give up the fight,
Be brave, be faithful and be strong,
One day you'll see the light.
