Veterans Day

Bagpipes cry out to our fallen soldiers,
Some rest in peace with Stars and Stripes,
While others still fight for what we believe,
Willing to die to preserve our freedom.

Tears should be shed like the blood that's been spilled,
It fills in the stripes with it's brilliant red,
Giving everything to make our dreams real,
Veterans are America's heartbeat.
