Tempest

Tempest

A Poem by Elin

I was a summer breeze, and she was a tempest
I was a puddle, and she was an ocean
I was merely cloud in her whole atmosphere.
But she was the sun in my sky.

I was a tree and she was the forest,
I was a note and she was a symphony,
I was a flower in her meadow,
But she was all the stars in my night
