Make Love A Habit

Make Love A Habit

A Poem by Aerielle Louise

I've been thinking 'bout you lately;
Remembered how I hated you madly,
On how my face frowns when I see-
Whenever you're making fun of me

You were laughing endlessly,
while teasing my eyes badly
I would look at you with face crumpled
If only I could let you trampled!

I would hold a sweep and beat-
I'd beat you for stepping my feet!
And for throwing me nuts,
I swear, You're really nuts! . . . .

I've been thinking 'bout you lately
On how you acted naughtily
And how suddenly- I flipped
Like all my mind was whipped

I didn't even notice this hatred-
Turned into a loving thread
Seems like hating you is usual
And that, I love this habitual

Time passed by, I realized
That you were actually- nice,
Though you love making me mad,
Without you I'll be- I'll be sad . . . .

I've been thinking 'bout you lately
Can't stop thinking insanely
Once I spelled, H-A-T-E
But now spelling, L-O-V-E

I've been thinking 'bout you lately
I should be hating you madly
but it's really hard to admit-
that instead, I cheat....
I made love as a habit.

And that I'm also hoping that you...
that you could also do
Continue to be there
beside me, and Love- together, we'll share ...
