its about the people inside my head that i dont want to be there anymore

I wanna hold you down

untill you stop breathing

but if i did that

it'd be me im killing

watching this needle

pushing into my skin

trying to ignore life

this helps me forget

I just dont care anymore

what you have to say

means nothing to me

i wont do this again

now i cant hear a thing

the contents sinking in

im never gonna win

i hate you and what you are

i hate that your always around

i cant seem to hide from you

my nightmare come true

im scared of you

i'l do anything to forget

like this needle pushing in

deep under my skin

I really like the way you put those feelings into words. I understand how you feel! Your opening:
I wanna hold you down
until you stop breathing
but if I did that
it'd me im killing

That was such a great lead in to what the poem was about, captivated me and I wanted to read on
