Our Love

A short poem about love and conflict in relationships.

A map uncharted,
Always changing course.
Never where it started,
Seldom heading north.
Longing to not be parted,
Rough seas bringing forth,
pain and the broken hearted.
Forever needing warmth,
though often not imparted.
Wanting only to transform,
from the lessons now departed.
To aid our humble vessel,
and cross this fleeting storm.
