In and out of space and time

In and out of space and time

A Poem by Alex Vandool

In and out of space and time

Right there - now lighter - now darker

Now brighter

What'd you say?

Free the new slaves

Free the old ones while we wait

Free all of us from bankers

And soul-dead corporate hate

Who'll do it?

Where's the board game?

Who clears division's faith?

A labyrinth's not easy

The new magic's just the same

This time it's for the whole world

The one that waits and waits

In and out of space and time

Right there

Now lighter

Now darker

Now brighter

What'd you say?

I think he said

God's mixed race

At least that's the song like what comes where

I think sheer trouble's easing

As they plan their next World War

This time they'll blame Confucians

Paint them every demon known

But afterwards we'll break down

The tales they've left unsown

In and out of space and time

Right there

Now lighter

Now darker

Now brighter:

What did he say?

He said everything is turning all the time

That space you fear's illusion

It's everywhere within

But don't panic

Mood's a love trick

Sink and sunken

Rebounding

Slow or quick

What you saw displaced's

Right on the other side

Left too

Out away and in the middle

The greatest sign of all's ahead of you

In and out of space and time

Right there

Lighter

Darker

Brighter

The golden loving footsteps

My girls are taking

Their smile, their look

Their supernatural way

We have to make them happy

Hear all the things they say
