Winter Chills

Winter Chills

A Poem by Alexandra

The cold air surrounds me,

It bites and it chills me,

Calms and yet thrills me

Like nothing I can describe.

My mind has been conquered by an illness.

I think its name is love.

And though I battle through the cold,

I am kept warm by love.
