That night

I've never felt love

Until that night I was blind

But with your body in my arms,

The feel of your lips on mine

 

Entirely consumed in you

In your beauty, in your touch

Falling for you completely

To me you mean that much

 

Late nights we're slowly stopping

As I trail off into sleep

You whisper how much you love me,

Kiss me softly on the cheek

 

Early morning, waking up to you

Your arms haven't be removed from my waist

We shared one more kiss

As you brushed my hair from my face

 

That night I felt love

Though I no longer feel it

I dream of it every night

And the joy I got from it
