phase two

phase two

A Poem by Tristessa

Revoke burden of truth.
Re-voice moments true,
words spoken for point of view.
Unheard of listening quietly,
world's shell cracks,

spews out inner yoke,
frozen broken spirits.
Wild presence,

never ending distinction.
Taming open waves,

tinted clouds grey nothingness.
Thundering light,

figments imagination.
Pondering and wandering along.
Drifting in and out of consciousness,
sand in toes from shore fronts,
window gazing each store front.
Steal a bite to eat to keep from starving.
Begin to run a quick step ahead.
Square foot impressed,

muddy banks of cement.
Cents recently laid to rest,
skilled hands claimed to be the best.
Auction bid,
contract,
read fine print.
Payment due upon request,

deadline missed.
Redefine terminal,

illness terrorist,
take risk of airport security and impressionable ideology.
Strategic stability,
well balanced meals,

missed due to lack of judgment for Wheel of Fortune.
Spindles spun in weaves,

circular performing neat.
Straight jackets hung crooked politics,
railroading president's dead attempt.
Bound while concentrating on religious acts,
betraying children and other unfortunate souls.

Asking forgiveness.
Why master?

These heinous acts,

persecution unveiled,

against your children,

caused by your children?
Please forgive this world's occupants,

unjustly pleasures.
I fear they know what they do

but don't understand your consequences.
