Hate.

I put this into one of the plays I have been writing. It's about a man who has been going through a really stressful time, as every single feeling he has made others feel gets pushed back onto him.

Hate.

What is it?

Sometimes you feel it,

But most of us express it.

Some avoid it,

Others hide it.

But hating doesn't change anything.

What does it mean?

It's hard to explain without using the word hate.

I guess it's the feeling you get after the emotion of anger.

You may hate someone,

Something,

A time,

A place,

But hating doesn't change anything.

Why do we feel it?

It doesn't do any good,

It only causes harm.

Harm to yourself,

Others,

And objects around you.

But hating doesn't change anything.

What is it?

What does it mean?

Why do we feel it?

These are all questions without a statistical answer,

No proof,

No fact,

No science behind it.

To answer these questions we have to know the source.
