When you release your worry
You'll feel the freedom that trails behind
Let this freedom sit in your belly
in your heart and in your mind

Hug yourself and know
It's all going to come right
Let your tears cleanse out your sadness
Embracing hope as it gives you knew sight

As intuition becomes your guide
Never steering you wrong
And strength becomes your best friend
While transformation seems unending and long

When all Is said and done
You'll look back upon the day's
Knowing your struggles and transitions
Birthed your new dream while paving the way

This could well be a mantra that depressed people read to help bring them out of it and into the light of well being. Philosophical, emotional and informative all in one, now that is good writing.
