A Poem by John

That buzzing,
feeling that says:

Yup, you know what's next,
nothing will be okay

but you know otherwise,
try to tell yourself that

life is just an ongoing,
never-ending process
where you make yourself

incoherent, unconscious

and you become focused on
something that has no meaning

and then you reach a point
of desperation so you try
to reach out but at that
moment there is no one
to make you feel okay

so suicide is the only
answer but you wait
and wait

until someone that
is unknown to you
reaches out

and shows you that life

is worth living.

"Someone that is unknown to you reaches out and shows you that life is worth living!" People should always have someone who can speak hope into our ears when we are feeling alone, Unless you were talking about the beer being your "someone", then that can get dangerous sometimes.
Which, I guess is what you relayed through this poem lol
Great write! I enjoyed how you tied alcohol into it as a double factor kind of thing.

Not bad. I think this might be a little too conversational at times - I think in doing that, you've ignored the use of good heightened imagery at times. You have a good concept and you've expanded on it fairly well, but I think you could tone down parts.
