I am so sick and tired of people getting What they want just by pissing and moaning and throwing a tantrum. This generation is whack. They don't work, they get away with everything, they are very disrespectful. When they do work at a job they get better treatment than the workers who have been around longer. When the new and younger employees get in trouble they get excuses while older employees don't get excuses for their actions. The newer generation can pass without any issue while I had to redo an exam three freaking times before I could pass and graduate. Had to study every single day and get tutored. I am so sick and tired of this. Whenever I ask for something in a kind and respectful way I get nothing. I'm so tired of this generation and how things are going.
