Just Like Stars

I look up in the sky,

And was reminded of everything,

Not only was it because it was beautiful,

But also because everything shines,

The stars can be us,

We all shine

In our own little way,

The stars shine in their own way too.

They are all noticed,

Just as we are all noticed,

One does not simply,

Just pass by.

We are all shining stars,

Some are brighter than others,

Some are older and more colourful,

We are all unique,

We are all equal.

Just Like Stars.
