If breath were but a memory

If breath were but a memory

A Poem by TJ
"

Note: Marigolds mean grief (among other things) in the language of flowers which happens to be an obssession of mine since reading Diffanbaugh's The Language of Flowers.

"

If breath were but a memory,

The sun a distant light,

Marigolds would sing

As life loses its fight.
