Beware: a Halloween Poem

Beware: a Halloween Poem

A Poem by Naomi Montana Walsh
"

I could not let halloween pass without writing something,..writer's block be damned.

"

Beware the gaunt and ghastly sites of ghost who haunt all hallow's night.

The bats that scatter at lightning's break.

Shudder and tremble as Vampires wake.

Beware the fog of a cauldron's brew

that witch's spell not cast on you.

Tip toe lightly in the night.

Darkling things and sudden fright.

Beware the fiendish howls and screams

lest nightmares become of pleasant dreams.
