Help me help you

Help me help you

A Poem by Thisismythearpy
"

Just a poem I typed out in a couple minutes on my laptop since I am away from the notebook I usually pull from.

"

I know I was never expected to be like this

Some people ignored it, but hey, ignorance is bliss

My mind is all gone, if it was ever there

But without help, I can get nowhere

“Help me help you”, You’d always say

But still I would struggle through each day

You helped yourself instead of me

Then got mad at what I came to be

Wishing for you to forgive me may sound well

But in reality you must forgive yourself

Someday you will see

You helped the monsters inside of me.

Do not forgive me for what I have become

Try to understand what you have done.

Only you can fix this mess

Maybe someday, you will try your best

This is just something I do as therapy. If anything is good enough I'd like to have a book, but it would be a little something for me to carry around and use as a reflection. This is just my therapy.

About
Hello, my name is Chris. I just post the stuff I wrote in my notebook when I ran away home a little while ago when trying to run away from depression, ptsd, and what all caused it all. I'm dead inside.. more..
