Church

Church

A Poem by Thisismythearpy
"

I briefly stayed in an abandoned dilapidated civil war era church in Tennessee, and this is what I wrote there.

"
An abandoned church on a back road
Briefly called home

A congregation of ghosts
Filling the empty pews

A lone podium
Covered in dirt and dust
Is where I write

Cracked mirror on the wall

Even in this holy place
The reflection shows demons in my face

About
Hello, my name is Chris. I just post the stuff I wrote in my notebook when I ran away home a little while ago when trying to run away from depression, ptsd, and what all caused it all. I'm dead inside.. more..
