Chasing buterflies

Chasing buterflies

A Poem by Thisismythearpy
"

Just a small something about the butterfly project. Another late night writing from depression.

"
Tear filled eyes
Chasing the butterflies

That are sitting on your wrists

Their safety you must not neglect
Trying your best to protect

Them from yourself

Keep them alive
Keep them whole

Though you do not feel the same

Trying your best for success
Is something you will not regret

I know it’s a difficult task
But doing this helped me stop my past

Of harming them
