"How could have this have happened to me?"

Is not the question we should be asking ourselves

We should be asking "Why?"

I have always asked why but it has led me to have guilt. I did not stop what was happening but, I was just a child so how could I have known. For me they do not mean the same thing but the answers to them are similar.
