Missing My Wife

Missing My Wife

A Poem by ~Anita Sandlin~

Your beautiful blue eyes have turned Grey, when you focus your gaze upon me.

Tenderness has turned to something without feeling,

a cold and bitter existence.

Your warm and tender touch has gone away, now it's a slight touch in passing.

Is the woman I fell in love with still there,

or is she gone,

and I need to let go?
