Have you ever wondered?

What lives among the stars?

What life lives undiscovered?

Maybe even close as mars?

Maybe on a distant star?

Where life was once created?

An old species reborn right into,

A place that they once hated?

Maybe on a mountain top?

Some galaxies away?

Creatures speak with music?

They hum and sing and sway?

It’s weird to think how small we are,

Right here on planet earth,

Space is still unknown to us,

We tremble in its girth,

For we are just one species,

On one planet, on one star,

In the middle of one galaxy,

Whose brothers lie afar,

Few understand the universe,

In its wonder, in its all

And they are very special,

‘Cause they understand they're small

But still knowing they're a species,

On a planet, on a star,

And understand the goodness,

In being who you are,

Even if you’re very small,

Or giant as a tree,

You are still a person,

Just the same as them or me.

So just think about it, when you're down,

Just sitting watching cars,

Have you ever wondered what might live?

Out there among the stars?
