Puppy Love.

Meet Andy, a prisoner of love.

Have you ever had those days when
everything you do or even try to
do , goes wrong?
Ofcourse you've had. Some of you
might even be having one of those
days right now.
Just like Andy.
Now Andy is a pretty smart kid.
With only 11 years of existence, the
kid had the wisdom of a 60 year-
old. Not.
Even though he wasn't as great as
he portrayed himself to be, he was
still something.
Today was a special day for Andy.
Today was the day he would
confess his puppy love to his crush.
Said crush had very pretty eyes,
Andy noticed almost everyday. It
was about time he told that to her.
But ofcourse, a verbal confession is
a nightmare for the confessor and
no matter how unique Andy was, he
was still an idiot when it came to the
matters of the heart.
So a love letter was written. With
the help of a dictionary ofcourse,
since ofcourse, big words made
girls swoon right?
The letter began with a 'To the
prettiest girl in the world' Typical.
'My affection for you is eternal like
the universe. Your eyes are prettier
and bluer than the pacific ocean and
they are the fire to my soul. I love
you'
Andy didn't know if what he had
written made any sense or not but
he didnt care, if he didn't
understand it, neither would she,
since she was a grade younger, but
hopefully she would get the big 'I
love you' written with the red
highlighter . The letter was folded in
a very delicate manner and a red
sticker, in the shape of a heart, was
stuck to it.
Step 1 Complete.
Step 2 : Put it in her locker. Which
seemed easy . If only he knew
which one her locker was. So he
stalked her, which he did almost
everyday , but this time instead of
focussing on her prettiness , he
focussed on her surroundings.
Finally he saw her leaning next to a
locker with her friends with a big L
written on it. Andy mentally slapped
himself.
Before school time was over, he
sneaked the letter inside her locker
and went home beaming. Step 2
Complete.
Next day, as soon as he entered the
school premises, a chubby girl
crushed him in a bear-hug and gave
him a sloppy kiss on the cheek. The onlookers had a
laughing fit while Andy sputtered
nonsense before asking her what
she was doing. Well he yelled
actually. 'I got your letter ! I love
you too!' she clapped her chubby
hands in excitement .
'It was meant for Lucy!'
'I am lucy' she said innocently ,
looking at her feet.
'Then who's she?' Andy pointed
towards his crush who apparently
wasn't who he thoughts she was.
'That's Jenna.....'
Andy ran embarrassed. Cheeks as
red as a tomato. Being a kid was
hard, especially with a weird girl
who thinks you're in love with
her.....
That was pretty much the end to his
love story, he decided.
