The rain outside

The rain outside

A Poem by Anti Phalanx

I took a gander out of my window,

Blissfully making observation of distorted image of the tree outside,

All colour muted by the thickness of the rain.

I sat motionless,

Succumbed by the bliss that is taking part in the absence of activity,

Stuck in my elation.

Frozen in time.
