When people talk about their childhood
I start thinking,
what must it feel like being in that livelihood,
Because all I have is a little blurry vision of me in a room,
a dark room,
where all my screams were vibrating, but no one heard.
I was screaming for help, for dear lord.
I was laid in my bed,
"Don't tell anyone" that's what he said.
I was just a child, but I knew something was wrong,
God how could I say what happened with me to my mother with my own tongue.
My mouth was was covered by someone's hand,
The hand of someone familiar, who was supposed to teach me how to stand in this land.
I stopped screaming because I knew it was of no use,
I could fell the disgusted feeling of me being abused.
My tears fell from my eyes to my pillow,
As I knew this trauma is going to burry all my good memories deep down below.
I never could believe this would happen to me,
Until he threw me in this deep and deadly sea.
I was alone again in the room,
A room where I thought my childhood would bloom.
"Why are you crying my dear?",
My mother asked as she was unknown of all the fear,
and those screams she couldn't hear.
I knew I had to tell her,
But in that very winter,
'Not to tell anyone', that's what he referred.
So I choosed to stay silent,
And the things started being violent.
The trauma inside me became wider,
And I started being a pro hider.
I was just seven,
But I prayed god to send me to heaven.
I am grown up today, I've got responsibility
But the pain haven't gone, there is no possibility.
But in the end, that's my story, never heard, never healed,
Because, 'dont tell anyone' that's what I agreed.
