You never got the truth to see

it wasn't you, but always me.

I had to be the first to climb,

but ended last with longest time.

I'm bearing all of this guilt now.

I feel it day by day.

Thanks man. Ya, it is a song. Lol. I can't sing it without breaking out in tears when I hit the chorus. But I had to get the feelings out somehow.
