Miles

Sometimes the strongest love, is that which can survive distance. ♥♥

There are many miles

In between us.

Stretches of land and sky.

But those miles are not within

My heart.

My love is the reason why.

 

There are hours that separate us.

Time can be a pain.

But all that time can be erased,

With the mention of your name.

 

Love can be so strong,

That boundaries are unknown.

There is nothing that can

Keep my love down.

 

Someday soon, you will see.

When I touch your face,

And hold you close to me.

 

There is distance that keeps us apart.

A love that grows deeper in my heart.

And it can never be unwound.

These miles will not bring me down.

awww thank you dear. Thankfully, they are able to get transferred and I will see them again by Thanksgiving. I'll have them near by for at least 5 years. I'm looking forward to that :-)
