God Bless all the Soldiers

From the past, now and to be

Who fight each and every day

To keep our country free

They leave behind the ones they love

And go to foreign lands

To keep trouble from our shores

That a free life we may live

They put their faith in the Lord above
That they will someday return

To the loved ones they have left behind

And the freedoms they have earned

Bless all those who went before

The ones who fight today

And ALL the Soldiers yet to come

May the Lord guard you all the way

Bless the loved ones left behind

Say prayers for them each day

For they too battle in their hearts

While their loved ones are away
