At Day's End.

At Day's End.

"
Your eyes grow weary
With every passing moment
Along the path
Moon-lit stones guide your step
And down down down
You travel
To the furthest reaches
Of your subconcious mind
Following Time
It takes you on its perilous journey
To reaches un-known
Closing your eyes
And drifting off
Entering into a listful sleep
Dreaming of far off
Wonderful things.

That moment when the world of the wakened simply pops like splop of honey on frozen ice cream the the mental universe shatters and swallows you up and pulls you into the unknown land of dreams. That's always my favorite moment. That few short seconds when you can't stop the plunge into the dream from being almost asleep.

I love this piece of poetry! Thanks for sharing!
