Smaug The Terrible

Smaug The Terrible

A Poem by ~Sarah~ Idríel The Fair
"

*Rewritten*

"

I am older than the earth, my wings like hurricane spread beyond the mountains and seas. There's flame inside of me, my fiery eyes pierce through everything. From the deepest pits I have become. The ground shakes when I spoke but you can not rely on my word.

Bend to my will, my words are poison.

I love gold, that’s my heart’s desire. I gather wealth under my feet.

My fire’s breath, none shall be spared.

I’ll guard my treasure in forever sleep, my golden dreams, here in eternity my black heart is waiting for the dwarves to arrive.

The Durin’s sons will be afraid in front of me, they’ll fall.

Come if you dare to see Smaug The Great, the mightiest of all Dragons.
