Frozen

Frozen

A Story by darkness*star1985
"

No flipping clue to were this came from.

"
The sun fades taking once last breath

The winter snow falls in it's place.

The frost takes a hold over everything in its path.

Skin has white as snow,

Heart frozen in the endless deep sea of shadows.

Hollow trees started to die

The world is silence in its place frozen, chill.

Take this frozen heart from my chest,

It serves no purpose anymore,

Doesn't even beat. Just A clump of ice.

The world I once love is long gone,

The winter snow has taken it and make it frozen

for all time.

Beautiful expression of sadness and dismay. Loved how you likened it to a deep frost.! Ice does melt, dear poet :)
