Communication: If you want a healthy relationship you need good communication which means that if your BF/GF is not communicating with you, you need to at least be the one to communicate with them, when I was dating my ex he did not communicate with me well so I just addressed the problem and told him that he needs to communicate with me more often I told him that he doesn't have to tell me everything just the stuff he knows I want to know.
Trust and forgiveness: You need to have trust in your relationship that's what makes your relationship healthier by having trust you need boundaries and you need to talk it out with your partner and you definitely don't need any secrets with them. Forgiveness can be a tough thing to do if it's something little or ya''ll have a fight just forgive them even if it wasn't your fault, and if it's something big like they were cheating on you and they say they are sorry and didn't mean to don't forgive them because most of the time they don't mean it.
Understanding and Growth: When it comes to understanding it could be a little hard sometimes like if you and your partner was supposed to go on a date and they didn't show up maybe they had a reason and try to understand that, Growth is another one that's hard when you are wanting your relationship to grow you need to give each other space, be yourself, spend time apart, be vulnerable, and communicate openly and honestly.
Importance of shared Experiences: on this one I'm not sure what you mean and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
Relationship nurturing: Share your deep inner thoughts, feelings, beliefs, fears, needs, pain and worries – not just the superficial stuff.
How to End a Relationship without practicing scorched Earth: For this I'm always the one who breaks up with them even tho its very hard to break up because I still like the person I was dating but there is always a reason to break up with them, so what you need to do is tell them in person use I sentences and tell them the reason that you want a break up also don't tell them you want to break up just tell them you think that ya'll should take a break.
