Bruised and Defeated

i'm not one who likes

being held against her will

all you had to say was a simple word

and it could of been all yours

but no, you resort to physicality

human actions to keep me at bay

until you get your way

all i needed to hear was a simple "please"

but you can't even offer me that

you underestimate your own strength

leaving me bruised and defeated
