A Poem by Audrey Rey

The blinking

of a different

life

gliding

in the

night sky

while I'm

trapped in

this heat wave

trapped

in reconstruction

of you

in all

these rooms

the staleness

of the air

fermenting

your scent

Very cool indeed. This was crafted well and the message hits hard in but a few perfect words. Very nicely done.
