What Do You Hold Sacred

What Do You Hold Sacred

A Poem by B-poet

What Do You Hold Sacred

Within the fabric of your personal being

Is it family

Is it money

Is it spirituality

What about stretching out

Time's karma-tic influence

In relation too

Combating personal doubt

As the unknown

Sets the tone

For What You Hold Sacred

In contrast to meeting the needs

For fulfilling daily voids

That plague us all

As living personalities that are

Dying to grow

Towards reaching our so-called

Destined potential as dignified mortals

Exising within a corrupt world of misfortune

Great philosophical poem, I'm a fan. It's a pity most poetry is a statement an dnot a question.

What do you value you B?
