Indulge Her

Breath strained from beaten lungs
Broken trust is how our songs sung.
Stuck within sand which sinks deeper than her heart
Engulfing memories prepare to shred me apart.
Their gaze rips presence of empowered souls
An irresistible destruction until you're no longer whole.
Tell us why the world begins to freeze
When cold entangles itself into the veins of a tease.
